We Make It Real!

The success of any creative project is determined by the skill of the people chosen to produce it.
Our objective is to make your life simpler by providing nearly any creative service you may need from one shop. Quickly, efficiently and to quality standards limited only by your budget and deadline.
We have many years of professional experience in the traditional mediums, computer graphics, printing technologies and the plastic arts of sculpture, mold making and casting.
From high tech aerospace publications of thousands of illustrated pages to simple or complex web design, we can do it!

Who We Are:

MSW Creative Services is an eclectic organization of talented individuals and associate companies with diverse capabilities.
We maintain a small core staff to handle day to day affairs and call upon our wide range of independent contacts based on what the client needs.
In this way we can avoid much of the costly overhead and negotiate the best prices for our clients.
This strategy also allows us to respond quickly in many creative areas.
Although our 'main office' is on the web, we do have physical studios in Nevada at Lake Tahoe and Los Angeles, California.

How We Work:

Creative work can be very subjective.
Experience has taught us to pay close attention to our customer's concepts, offering them the benefit of our knowledge to clarify the, sometimes vague notions into a do-able, affordable accomplishment. After all, that's what we're here for.
Projects typically begin with a RFQ (Request for Quote) where the client outlines what they want. With basic services or products this can be completely done with RFQ form on this site, a quick fax or maybe a phone call. More complex projects may require research and personal meetings.
When we thoroughly understand what you have in mind we can produce either a 'ballpark' estimate or a firm, fixed price and deadline for delivery. This depends on the nature of the work and what the cycle of revisions may include.
With the cost and scope of the work embodied in a written agreement the project begins in earnest.
We require payment of an initial deposit and, on large scale or on-going work, additional invoices must be paid as it progresses to your complete satisfaction. Invoice terms (ie; net 30 days) may be established on approval of credit application.
Upon completion we will deliver the finished product per agreement. This may be by ground, air or ocean freight in the case of actual objects or by secure electronic data transfer for virtual ones. Finally we will follow up to ensure your total satisfaction and correct any unforeseen problems in delivery.
We stand behind our work.
